Kirk Slemmer began originating apartment loans in 1999. To date Mr. Slemmer has originated over $500M of multifamily loans throughout the Midwest. As a member of Promenade Commercial Lending, he primarily represents the client’s best interest when seeking long or short-termed debt. He treats new clients like repeat clients providing equal, top-notch service.
