Telephone and E-Mail Counseling - Our Relocation Manager provides real estate market information, examples of housing styles, pricing, school information, community and neighborhood descriptions, commuting times, etc.

Information Packages - Comprehensive packages are "custom-made" to the specifications of each situation. Packages include detailed community information, a map, local newspaper, school information (if needed), real estate magazines and flyers, hints for renters, and any other requested information.

For Sellers:

Agent Selection - The listing agents on our Relocation Specialist Team have training and expertise in handling the details of marketing and selling homes for customers who are moving out of the area.

Third Party/Corporate Inventory - Corporate inventory is handled by our Relocation Director and staff, providing a single point of contact for our clients. Our services include maintaining vacant properties, arranging for bids for repair work and improvements, completing comprehensive Broker Price Opinions in a timely manner, and communicating regularly with inventory managers.
